For those that are not familiar with the NEPIC Annual Industry Awards and Dinner, please find full details below. I hope this covers all bases but if you have any questions, please get in touch.
You are invited to the VIP Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception
As a category winner, Mark Kenrick, Chairman & Philip Aldridge, Chief Executive, invite you to join them for pre-dinner drinks in the Boyne Suite, where you will be joined by fellow award winners, sponsor company representatives and other invited VIP guests.
The Boyne Suite is located on the ground floor of Hardwick Hall between the hotel lounge and Coleman Suite.
19:15hrs Guests will be called to dinner in the Coleman Suite for a swift commencement of proceedings at 19:30hrs
19:30hrs Welcome address and commencement of the awards presentations, which are interspersed throughout the evening.
22:00hrs Formalities end
00:30hrs Event Closes
The awards are spilt into two sections to allow enough time for dinner service. The Apprentice of the Year, Young Achiever and Environmental categories will be presented before starters are served (approx. 19.40), and the remaining company categories and outstanding contribution award will be presented before main course (approx. 20.45).
All winners will be invited onto the stage to collect their award and presentation cheque before taking a moment for a quick photo opportunity with your sponsor.
With the exception of the Outstanding Contribution category, winners will not be asked to make an acceptance speech.
Photographers will be on hand throughout the evening to capture as many moments as possible, including your award presentation on stage as mentioned. A photo area will also be set up in the Boyne Suite for formal photographs with your award sponsor and fellow category winners. This area also offers a great opportunity to have a little fun and get some team shots. All photographs will be shared on-line post event, with high-resolution copies available on request.
Post-event, a member of the NEPIC team will be in touch to coordinate cheque presentations with your nominated school/education provider and category sponsor. In the meantime, please keep your presentation cheque in a safe place as they will be presented to the school and used in photos.
Equally, these can be returned to us at the end of the evening for safe keeping if you’d prefer.
