Four weeks prior to the event, we will contact you to confirm your stand and delegate requirements. Please inform us at this point if you plan to bring any usual items or kit to complement your stand, simply so that we can accommodate your needs in terms of access, positioning & support. Other information, including dietary requirements and set-up preferences, will also be requested at this point.
Three weeks prior to the event, and based on the information provided within your returned Exhibitor Stand Requirements Form, we will confirm your stand number and set-up time. Pre-allocation of exhibition slots is only available to event sponsors.
All other exhibitor slots will be placed by NEPIC to allow us to position you with complementing companies and avoiding competitors.

Access areas will be clearly signposted on both days. Please offload and then move your vehicle to the main park car, as drop-off spaces at both entrances are limited. Please note: The Gardens at Wynyard Hall is open to visitors as normal on both days, therefore, the Green Gates (that provide drive up, ground level access) will be closed between 9.00-16.30.
Out of respect for all exhibitors, delegates and the one-2-one mentoring meetings that take place in the afternoon, there is strictly no derigging permitted prior to 16.30.
