Malcolm Knott, the Managing Director of Industrial Technology Systems (ITS), has over 40 years’ experience in engineering. He started his career at ICI in 1971 and spent almost 20 years specialising in Fibres and Engineering.
Malcolm recognised that there was a gap in the marketplace for a high-quality solution provider that could offer a full range of industrial control and computing services. In 1991 he left ICI to set up his own company – Industrial Technology Systems. ITS has grown into an award-winning company with extensive pharmaceutical experience, offering a wide range of services from small upgrades through to full turnkey projects and support.
As a member of various institutes and forums including the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), the GAMP® Forum and the Institute of Directors, Malcolm keeps up to date with the latest industry developments. His specialties include – Consultancy in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Validation and Project Management for large multi discipline projects.
Dai Hayward is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history in the start-up & growth sector. He is skilled in Business Planning, Innovation Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, and International Business. He has an MBA from Henley Business School. Dai is currently CEO at Micropore Technologies Limited, a key SME operating in the process sector.
George Ritchie in an experience industrialist with a career that spanned 50 years. He remains very heavily involved in apprenticeships and skills, working with Government Departments and the Education Skills Funding Agency as Chairman of North East Employer Apprenticeships Ambassadors Network.
