How many exhibition spaces are available?

This year we have 100 exhibition spaces available to both members and non-members.

How big is the exhibition stand space?

Each exhibition space is 3m x 1.5m.  Out of respect for your exhibition neighbours, we ask that you do not bring kit that will not comfortably fit within this space.

What else will I receive as an exhibitor?

As well as your stand space, we will provide you with a 4ft or 6ft trestle table, table linen and two chairs.

Is a power outlet provided?

Yes. One socket will be available to each exhibitor.

Can I bring additional power sockets and extension cables?

Yes, in fact, we highly recommend it. All we ask is that they are PAT tested.

Is Wi-Fi provided?

Free Wi-Fi is available at the Marquee, however please be mindful of the venue’s rural location and impact that the event volume will have in terms of performance.

Can I bring large pieces of kit or machinery?

Please contact us before booking to discuss any large or unusual pieces of kit that you would like to bring onto site. There is a service lift on site but this is not to be used for heavy items.

How many people can I have on my stand?

Each exhibitor stand includes two delegate places within the fee, however if you wish to bring additional colleagues separate delegate tickets can be purchased.

Do you provide name badges?

We provide all registered exhibitors and delegates with a name badge and lanyard.

Can I choose my stand space?

Unfortunately, pre-allocation of exhibition slots is only available to event sponsors. However, please be rest assured that we will place your company alongside businesses that compliment yours and avoid competitors.

Once I have booked, is my space secured?

Yes. If you have paid on-line your slot will be secured immediately. If you have requested to pay by invoice, our standard payment terms are 30 days. All invoices must be cleared by 01st June 2018 to avoid stands being re-released for general sale.

Can I attend the conference?

As an exhibitor you have FULL access to the conference and exhibition and we positively encourage exhibitors to attend the conference sessions to gain insight into latest industry developments and investment project opportunities.

Do you provide food and refreshments for Exhibitors?

Yes. You will have access to free flowing tea, coffee and water along with a sandwich lunch that includes a drink, a piece of fruit and packet of crisps.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

Can I advertise at the event?

Yes. We offer conference guide advertising and delegate bag inserts with prices starting from a little as £50. For more information, please  contact us on

Can I set up the day prior?

Yes. We have access to the Grand Marquee all day on 21 June for full conference set-up. We will contact you in the weeks running up to the event to confirm your set-up day and time slot. Find out more>

Can I park close to the venue when setting up?

Yes. There is a separate goods car park and access at the back of the marquee that is closer to the venue than the main car park. Details will be provided in the weeks running up to the event when we arrange set-up slots.

If I arrive early to set up, will breakfast be provided?

Again, yes. Breakfast will be available between 06.30-08.30.

On the day of the conference, when is the earliest I can de-rig?

Out of respect for other exhibitors and guests, we ask that no exhibitor derigs before 16.00.

What is the venue exterior like?

The Grand Marquee at Wynyard Hall is situated within a stunning, walled rose garden. The marquee itself is a newly build permanent structure that has the capacity to hold over 850 guests banquet style plus lots of outside seating.

What is the venue interior like?

The venue is carpeted throughout and the ceilings and walls draped in fabric. Half of the structures walls are floor to ceiling glass.

What car parking is available?

The venue offers ample, private car parking that is available free of charge.

Can NEPIC book overnight accommodation?

We cannot personally book accommodation on your behalf, however, we do have corporate rates established with local hotels including Wynyard Hall. Please see our venue and accommodation page for further information and links.
