The sign-up process is quick and simple and can be kicked off by a quick phone call to the NEPIC SME Growth team. We will then undergo a basic initial screening to ensure suitability prior to arranging a visit from a member of the project team. Here we will discuss the project and its criteria to ensure that both parties are happy to proceed with support.
Following sign-up, a project team member will undertake a diagnostic of your company to assess how best to help to help you grow. You will then be matched with one or more industry mentors to receive advice on how to sell into the process sector.
Introductions will be made to a range of people within the NEPIC network and businesses will be invited to attend workshops to increase your company’s knowledge of sales and marketing, as well as energy management. If relevant, further support will be given within the energy management area including an Initial Diagnostic Report on your facilities.
Participating SMEs will be invited to attend NEPIC’s monthly ‘Cluster Connect’ and quarterly ‘Pharma Connect’ meetings, to meet NEPIC members and other project SMEs. To further bolster networking opportunities, programme participants will also receive ‘member rates’ to NEPIC events that take place over the course of the programme.
