Lean can mean many things to many businesses, but one thing is for sure, a lean business will achieve lower costs, develop an improvement culture, free up employee time, and maximise profits.  Join us, along with NEPIC members, Infinite Brilliance and Glowled, on Wednesday 25 March for an informative and interactive Efficiency Hour to understand ‘why we need lean’.

Together we will explore the concept of ‘lean’ and what this means to businesses in today’s efficient world.  We will also delve into what makes for a lean mindset, identify strategies to reduce costs and eliminate waste and identify the importance of adapting to change.
