ROSEN are proud to announce that we will host the first UK publically available training course in the outstanding PROACT® Root Cause Analysis Methods, in collaboration with Reliability Center, Inc.

The aim of a PROACT-ive problem solving approach is to tackle the real causes of failures that have occurred, in order to prevent the failures that are otherwise just waiting to happen. This is achieved by PReserving evidence, Organising your analysis, robustly Analysing the problem, Communicating the findings and Tracking the outcome and results. This training will not only leave attendees with the skills to conduct a Root Cause Analysis, but also to deploy a problem solving strategy and promote a proactive performance culture.

You will receive two days training in the PROACT® methodology, plus an additional days’ training in the PROACTOnDemand® software; a web based software solution for managing your Root Cause Analyses for which you will also receive one year’s free subscription.

Location and Transport:
The Jury’s Inn hotel is easily reached by local transport links with on-site parking, and Middlesbrough train station a five-minute walk. A discounted accommodation rate is also available for delegates; however, there is limited availability for this rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
