“Great Leaders don’t blame the tools they are given – they work to sharpen them” – Simon Sinek
What has lockdown taught you? What are you going to change about how you work in the future? The lockdown has forced us all to work differently and it’s given us an opportunity to take stock of what we need to strengthen within our business.
So how do we maximise this opportunity before we are concentrating on unlocking?
We are delighted to partner with Clare Wheeler and Business Cogs to bring you this session. The Business Cogs 7 Cogs Framework ensures learnings are systematically captured and changes are identified to strengthen your business for the future.
In this session we will provide an overview of the 7 Cogs Framework and focus in detail on Cog #1 – Strong Leaders. You will share experiences, think about what you want for the future and leave with tried and tested methods to strengthen your business.
Please note: This is a practical and interactive session limited to 16 participants. Following the introduction session, participants will join breakout groups to share experiences and challenges. This element will require full participant involvement and video link.
This event is open to NEPIC Members & Supply Chain North East participants.
Supply Chain North East sees four key partners joining forces to work with over 800 businesses between 2018-2021 supporting businesses to identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
An integral part of the North East Growth Hub, Supply Chain North East will be delivered across the region by RTC North, Generator, North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) and North East Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC).
