We are delighted to partner with Clare Wheeler and Business Cogs to bring you this session. The Business Cogs 7 Cogs Framework ensures learnings are systematically captured and changes are identified to strengthen your business for the future. 

In this session we will provide an overview of the 7 Cogs Framework and focus in detail on Cog #1 – Strong Leaders.  You will share experiences, think about what you want for the future and leave with tried and tested methods to strengthen your business.  

Please note: This is a practical and interactive session limited to 16 participants. Following the introduction session, participants will join breakout groups to share experiences and challenges.  This element will require full participant involvement and video link.
