Construction and Engineering in the Manufacturing Sector

• Early works agreements and letters of intent, a necessary evil.
• Hybrid Contracts – when is a construction contract not a construction contract?
• When are damages a penalty?  When they are penal says the Supreme Court.  How do you apply the new law on penalties?
