The COVID-19 outbreak has presented the process industries with a number of challenges including providing a safe working environment for the workforce.

This webinar will provide an overview of the key duties under health and safety legislation, and discuss a number of practical issues relating to risk assessment, approach to high risk employees, appropriate control measures (including PPE), statutory inspections and testing, and the approach of regulators.

It will be presented by specialist health and safety lawyers at Womble Bond Dickinson in conjunction with NEPIC.
