The Centre for Industry Education Collaboration (CIEC) is running an ambassador training session and ongoing support for industrialists across the North East who are interested in sharing their enthusiasm for their job and company.

Inviting a science ambassador into school can be just the catalyst needed to revitalise primary science. Working alongside a real scientist or engineer can maintain children’s curiosity, encourage questioning, inspire pupils and introduce them to the world of work outside of the classroom. Please note: This training session will support companies that are keen to get involved with the Children Challenging Industry programme but cannot offer the site visit experience.
Places will be allocated on a first come – first served basis. Please contact Nicky Waller at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
