Britest is a not-for-profit company that develops and applies innovative tools and methodologies to support process design. For over 20 years we have provided training and consultancy services across multiple R&D and manufacturing sectors to enhance process value, delivering >£1 billion of savings and value generation.

We specialise in technical support through cross-disciplinary facilitation, utilising a suite of proprietary, information-rich, visual modelling tools to capture, structure, and assess current process understanding.

Britest’s methodologies are currently used in chemical, physical, and biotechnology process applications, across a wide range of sectors including materials, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Our approach

Specialist provision of technical support through cross-disciplinary facilitation.

A suite of proprietary, information-rich, visual modelling tools capture, structure, & assess current process understanding.

Probing the understanding gaps helps develop strategies to shorten time to market and de-risk commercialisation.

Engagement can be in person or online, and is customisable to specific needs.

Delivering value

Technical goals aligned to strategic objectives. Focus on (i) business value;
(ii) optimising manufacturing process sustainability (feedstocks to product).

A ’whole process’ view maintained whilst digging deep. Engineering challenges, supply chain logistics and environmental drivers can be equally considered.
