Engineering compliance and Zero Leak performance – Flexitallic utilise the European Standard EN1591-1 Calculation method, reviewing the performance of gaskets in dynamic mode, key for thermal cycles or external loadings, Its purpose is to ensure structural integrity and control of leak tightness.
Situated in Middlesbrough on the Riverside Park Industrial Estate, Flexitallic North East’s 3,500 sq ft Service Centre is ideally situated to service the needs of customers across Teesside and the North East. With a presence in Teesside for over 25 years, Flexitallic is dedicated to support the Industrial Sealing and Gaskets needs across all industry types - Process - Chemical, Biofuel, Pharmaceutical, Power, OEM, Storage Tanks, etc.
The service centre also encompasses the unique Flexitallic - Training Academy - offering ECITB and ICHEME approved training courses, delivered in house or at clients premises , local facility with latest innovative strain gauged piping rigs, and experienced training instructors with extensive site experience.
The Middlesbrough Service Centre boasts an impressive stockholding of over £250k of sealing materials, including gasket sheet material, semi metallic gaskets and elastomeric seals, available for same day delivery.
As part of Flexitallic UK Ltd, Flexitallic North East is further supported by the Flexitallic manufacturing footprint across the UK. We also offer a dedicated delivery and stock management service allowing us to reach customers throughout Teesside and the North East when they need us most.
