Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Stand – Standard Set-Up: 20 June
• Exhibitors will have access from 07:30hrs with a request to ensure your stands are ready for 08:15hrs.
• Registration commences at 08:30hrs.
• A 4 x 2ft trestle clothed trestle
• Registration commences at 08:30hrs.

Delivery of Kit to Hardwick Hall: Pre-conference
• Hardwick Hall have confirmed that kit clearly marked NEPIC Conference can be delivered to the
premises the day ahead of the conference. However, their storage space is limited, so please consult with the venue on any large items.

Exhibition space comprises:
• 2 x delegate places – You are invited to attend the presentations, should you have an interest
• An overall space of 3 x 2m
• A 4 x 2ft clothed trestle table with two chairs
• Power sockets are available, but we would recommend you bring along an extension lead if
you do need power on the day

Ceilings are high at Hardwick Hall so there will be no problem with tall exhibition stands, however, as
we are to capacity, please do not bring along large ‘back-drop’ style stands that stretch beyond the allocated space of 3 x 2M.

We would appreciate stands remaining in situ until the end of the event, which is scheduled for 15:30hrs.


Delegate Information

Delegate Registration
• Delegates are invited to register from 08:30hrs with the event commencing at 09:15hrs
• Refreshments and lunch will be served in line with the event agenda, as detailed above.
• Please note: breakfast is not included.

Dietary Restrictions
• Vegetarian options are included within the menu for the day, and the venue has been
informed of those medical dietary restrictions of which we have been made aware.

Networking Opportunities
• To encourage delegates to fully explore the exhibition element of the event, we have
arranged for all refreshments and catering to be served within the designated exhibition
areas.
