Our business runs on partnership, and the role of our HR Partners is to act as your in-house HR representative. They can support your business with anything you would go to your internal HR function for, be that transactional or transformational activities.

• With your existing HR team if extra capacity is needed, for any duration.
• With project work which demands extra bandwidth, skills and experience, or to back-fill your HR team.
• If something is happening in your business which requires some independent advice and guidance, such as employee relations matters and investigations.
We provide administration of employment including drafting and issuing contracts of employment, onboarding administration such as reference checks, changes to terms and conditions, offboarding administration, filing, record keeping such as sickness absence or holiday information.
When employing staff, we can also provide a suite of documents required, such as contracts of employment, policies, an employee handbook. We work with you to create procedures, process flows, and supporting checklists for people-related activities. We can also offer management of employee relations processes such as: disciplinary, grievance, capability, health and wellbeing (including sickness absence).
