Read more >Following the Prime Minister’s 10 Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution published last autumn, the government has announced a £166.5m funding package to develop technologies in carbon capture, greenhouse gas removal and hydrogen, whilst also helping find solutions to decarbonise the UK’s polluting sectors.
As part of this funding, the Low Carbon Hydrogen Supply 2 Competition has up to £60m available to support the development of low carbon hydrogen in the UK and to identify and scale-up more efficient solutions. This will take the UK one step closer to using low carbon hydrogen in key industries across the UK – from powering transport such as trains and ships, to factories and the heating systems in our homes.
The competition will be divided into two streams. The briefing event will be held on 8th June 2021 and will provide all the information you need to apply for this funding.
