Falck Fire Services are currently seeking a Business Development Manager.
The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify and secure good profitable business opportunities for all departments within the business, focusing primarily on the growth of the outsourced services portfolio.
The role will be largely client and market facing with ownership of the business development process from strategy to contract implementation.
The postholder will be charged with increasing the market visibility of the company, developing strategic business relationships with potential customers and other associated organisations with influence in the target industries, including the Aviation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Nuclear Sectors
The postholder will develop and manage the bid pipeline by gathering market intelligence to map the landscape of opportunities, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders prior to entry into tenders and be responsible for bid preparation before leading the tender process, adding value and effective support to the team by driving all day to day bid activity.
The postholder is key in ensuring the bid framework procedures and governance are adhered to and ensuring bid documentation is of a high standard, is clear, appropriate to the project and communicates the agreed win strategies and win themes.
