Having enjoyed a recent period of growth, outsourced sales specialist, Just Williams, has added Anna Caygill to its team, as it continues to build its presence throughout the North East and Yorkshire.
Anna, aged 33, has been appointed as a sales specialist following several recent contract wins. Joseph Kelly, 24, also joins in a sales support role looking after a range of clients throughout the North East.
Established in 2016, Just Williams designs, develops and implements outsourced sales solutions to assist its clients to raise their brand profile and develop new business opportunities. Managing director, Jessica Williams, has grown the business to eight people in the last year with a further five appointments set to follow throughout 2019.
In 2018, Jessica was crowned Best Newcomer at the Tees Businesswomen Awards and Just Williams was runner-up in the category of Best New Business.
Jessica, said:
“We have established a very strong presence on Teesside and I am now looking to build our profile in the north of the region and Yorkshire, where I see huge opportunities for growth. We identified a gap in the market for professionally-outsourced sales for businesses that did not have a fully-functioning sales team and were ambitious for growth. We then productised our offering into three clearly defined sales solutions. The products have different pricing structures, enabling clients to progress to the next level as they grow and develop further.
“I am delighted to welcome Anna to the Just Williams team as she has a wealth of sales experience and, having built her own business in the past, she has that added resilience and mental toughness that will be of immense benefit to Just Williams and our clients.”
Anna Caygill, said:
“I have followed with interest Jessica’s success over the last couple of years and I jumped at the opportunity to join the Just Williams team. Jessica has developed a sustainable business model and has an incredibly exciting growth plan in place that I am thrilled to be part of.
“Having run my own business and having worked in several sales, marketing and business development roles throughout my career, I was ready for a new challenge. Jessica has developed a structure that has positioned us very well to expand our services whilst keeping our core value of customer service at the heart of everything we do.”
Jessica, said:
“My aim is to professionalise the sales industry, attracting and developing skilled people who can deliver exceptional results for our clients set against a clear vision and strategy.
“People and relationships are at the heart of all we do, both in terms of the Just Williams team and our clients. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ sales teams, managing their complete sales and business development functions or undertaking specific projects.
“As I build my team, it is crucial that I employ people who can both support me and challenge me to ensure the company continues to grow. One such example is Erica Legg who joined us last year as senior sales specialist. She has amazing credentials and is an entrepreneur in her own right having built a 50-strong homecare company with over 200 clients. Erica has also been programme manager at the Prince’s Trust and has vast experience in recruitment, accountancy and finance. She is ideally placed to drive our recruitment strategy.”
Erica, said:
“I joined the Just Williams team because of the passion and vision that Jessica has instilled within the business. Our aim is to grow and I will use my skills to ensure we find and retain great people who will join us on the journey.”
