2M Manufacturing: 2M Group Acquires Evonik Goldschmidt UK
The 2M Group of Companies (www.2m-holdings.com) has acquired Evonik Goldschmidt UK Limited in Milton Keynes (United Kingdom) from Evonik UK Holdings Limited, a UK subsidiary of Evonik Industries AG.
The site will be renamed 2M Manufacturing Limited and will retain all existing employees and assets.
As the first bespoke manufacturing site within the 2M Group, it represents a significant milestone in its growth and development.
