iCOR

All organisations must comply with health, safety and environmental (HSE) legislation. However, it’s a long, drawn-out process that usually involves trawling through complicated legalese, spreadsheets and sometimes guessing which pieces of legislation apply to an organisation, or what to do about it.

iCOR is the digital audit solution that makes it easy for organisations (in any sector) to navigate and comply with HSE legislation, combining expert knowledge with the genuine desire to help organisations improve their sustainability goals – for people, planet and profit.

By completing a simple self-audit questionnaire, iCOR will build a custom compliance register with legislation that is directly applicable to organisational activities and will help in understanding what is required to ensure and demonstrate compliance – without the requirement for a specialist consultant.

The audit will highlight areas of good practice, as well as risks of non-conformity and opportunities for improvement, that enable collaboration across multi-disciplinary Leadership Teams to create remedial actions that track organisation performance against government legislation.

Our mission is to make it easy for businesses to harness the law so doing the right thing becomes exciting and, dare we say, enjoyable!

A key area of focus is using the power of the law to change the system. We know that sustainability will ultimately be achieved through regulation – it will align with the goals and processes of thousands of businesses into one force for good. iCOR will help to protect the environment, health and well-being and manage risk for organisations by improving competence, awareness, and communication to establish confidence in their compliance status.

Current offerings require expert knowledge of legislation and the time to trawl through hundreds of pieces of legislation or complex questions, whereas iCOR’s innovation is rooted in the intelligent self-audit that only asks the relevant questions to get focused results.

Uniquely, iCOR allows organisations to:
- Self-audit their site and processes against environmental legislation, using an Al-driven, expert-backed, easy-to-understand questionnaire. The answers to this questionnaire then create the following;
- customised list of applicable legislation, highlighting "good points" and conformities first. Monthly reviews by an environmental professional will keep the legislation up to date;
- Non-Conformity Tracker - highlighting where the company isn't conforming to the law, prioritising where they need to make improvements, ultimately benefiting their triple bottom line;
- Action Planner - allowing a site manager to assign actions of improvement and remediation to their areas of non-conformity. This encourages collaboration within a business to use their expertise to jointly solve their legal non-compliances efficiently and correctly;
- Timeline - a chronological collection of all actions, audits and other events performed on the platform, allowing for trend analysis and transparency.

Current offerings require expert knowledge of legislation and the time to trawl through hundreds of pieces of legislation or complex questions.

iCOR’s innovation is rooted in the AI-driven self-audit, using a custom logic engine to only ask the relevant questions, build the legal register and highlight areas of non-conformity in the most succinct and user-friendly way.

The self-led audit will highlight areas of good practice, as well as risks of non-conformity and opportunities for improvement, that enable collaboration across multi-disciplinary Leadership Teams to create remedial actions that track organisation performance against government legislation.

iCOR is designed to provide organisations with confidence in their compliance status, ultimately serving to:
- Being able to demonstrate and evidence compliance against relevant HSE legislation
- Manage and mitigate against the risk of causing pollution or environmental harm
- Meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders through transparent and robust governance and risk management
- Showing progress towards net-zero, sustainable development and triple-bottom-line sustainability for people, the planet and profit
- Increase education, engagement and collaboration amongst teams to improve environmental performance
