Two years ago, ITS embarked on a journey of transformation, aptly named “Let’s March!!”.
It is a series of initiatives that focus on two important key elements, our employees, and our customers.
The vision was to empower employees by giving them authority for which they are expected to take responsibility for delivering positive customer interactions. ITS has become a place where everyone’s voice matters and a place of continual learning.
The transformation began with the Senior Leadership Team and cascaded throughout the company, concentrating on defining the value proposition and improving processes and behaviours such as collaboration and communication.
ITS’ Operations Improvement Manager, Carole Wynne commented:
“The journey has been extraordinary and has had a high impact both at an individual and an organisational level.

The ITS “Let’s March!!” journey has not ended; it will continue to create value to our customers in new and innovative ways.
