We are now firmly in a new world of work. And the construction industry is changing at a rapid rate due to a whole host of economic factors.

Developments over the last few years led owners Dominic and Kerry Doig to look long and hard at how Solomons evolves to not only keep pace with a shifting landscape but stay ahead of the curve and continue to push boundaries.

The result was a complete refresh our philosophy, purpose, vision and mission. Our long-held values that have put us in good stead only needed a tweak here and there.
