At NEPIC we work with chemical-processing and supply chain companies across the North East of England to help them become successful organisations in a business environment that promotes growth. Through our established network of members, we provide business growth support to companies small and large via networking, marketing, events, mentoring, best practice and signposting. Marketing and communications are at the heart of everything we do, therefore, we’re expanding the existing team and creating an exciting, new Marketing Executive role to support our ambitions.
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be working with the marketing team to help plan, design and deliver business-to-business marketing campaigns and activity. You’ll also help deliver strategic marketing plans, ensuring maximum impact and consistency with all business marketing activity and commercial objectives. We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive who can deliver marketing brilliance with a mix of entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen. Your work will cross a full spectrum of marketing activity. This will include online and offline campaign management.
You are creative, analytical and have a real passion and flair for marketing and communications with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You are organised and inquisitive with the ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple pieces of work simultaneously. You have good attention to detail with a constant drive for doing things efficiently. You are forward thinking, curious and driven, with an inherent ability to build great relationships with your colleagues, business stakeholders and external partners.
It is important that you have experience in either Marketing or in a relevant industrial role, although it is not essential to have both. Having a degree or recognised Marketing qualification will be an advantage but this is not considered essential for the role if you can demonstrate strong marketing skills and experience.
The businesses we represent are mostly located in the North East, so our work takes us from Wilton in the South to Alnwick in the North. Although this role is predominately office-based, every member of the team is required to get out and about meeting clients and suppliers and supporting and attending events, so your own transport and a flexible approach to your working day is essential.
There is a lot to do and a vast amount of experience to be gained, as well as the opportunity to showcase your passion and skills not only to us but an entire network of amazing companies in the North East. So, if you’re up a challenge, then we’d love to hear from you!
Please apply in writing, enclosing a copy of your CV and any supporting documentation you wish to provide, to Louise Gwynne-Jones, PR & Communications Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org
