International and UK based waste company Indaver takes over solvent recovery unit and transfer station from BIP Chemical Holdings

Indaver, a European waste management company with a foothold in Middlesbrough, is strengthening its position in the United Kingdom with the takeover of BIP Chemical Holdings and BIP Environmental Ltd in Middlewich, Cheshire. BIP Chemical Holdings has a turnover of 12 million pounds per year and has been working on the recycling of solvents from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries for several years. Indaver also welcomes 75 experienced staff from BIP Chemical Holdings.
