Innovation Loans – First competition for infrastructure systems

Innovate UK’s new pilot programme of Innovation Loans for later stage R&D has officially been launched and SMEs in the Infrastructure Systems sector have the first opportunity to apply.

Innovation loans will offer affordable, flexible, repayable funding for later-stage research & development projects with a clear route to commercial success. Loans between £100k and £1m will be offered to growth-oriented UK SMEs that are able to demonstrate that they have a high quality innovation project and are suitable for loan funding.

Innovate UK now welcomes interested parties within Infrastructure Systems sectors to be briefed on this first ever innovation loans funding competition. You can read more about the competition here. The briefing event takes place in London on Thursday 16th November and registration is now open.
