Overview
Simon Harrison from local safety engineering consultancy, 6 Engineering will share up to date information on incident reporting. Incident reporting is an integral part of a learning and regulated safety culture. This will be followed by our Teesside Member Group Annual Meeting to which all IChemE Teesside members are welcome to attend.
