Education Training Collective (Etc.) is offering NEPIC members a final opportunity to enrol employees onto our Chartered Management Institute accredited Leadership and Management apprenticeships before the current funding rules change.
Our Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeships are designed to help businesses develop confident, capable managers who can lead teams, improve operational performance and support wider business objectives.
For employers across the process, manufacturing, engineering and supply chain sectors, strong leadership is vital to maintaining productivity, improving communication, developing talent and supporting long-term workforce planning.
As part of the apprenticeship programme, learners will also receive a full CMI Diploma at no additional cost, usually worth around £2,000.

For small businesses, apprenticeships may be fully funded for learners aged under 25. For learners aged 25 and over, the government will fund 95% of the apprenticeship cost. For larger businesses, the apprenticeship levy can be used to cover the full cost.
Classes start on 28 July for Level 3 Team Leader and 30 July for Level 5 Operations Manager.
With Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations Manager due to be defunded from September 2026, employers should act quickly. Learners enrolled before the deadline can continue to be funded until completion, subject to funding criteria.
