MSI supply, design, install and maintain emergency communications as specialists in Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne but operating nationally, we help clients meet safety obligations by maintaining and certifying safety sound system. We work with systems such as voice alarm for fire and toxic gas alarm in both hazardous and non hazardous areas.

With more than 20 years of experience, we specialise in upgrading existing systems without costly and unnecessary overhauls of existing set-ups. We work with a wide range of suppliers to ensure that what we design and create is the most suitable solution for your need and not simply a ‘one size fits all’ system.

What we do:
Supply and Installation: Public Address; Voice Alarm; induction Loop systems; background music and noise masking.

Maintenance: Regular inspection and certification; call outs; emergency repairs and technical support.

Commissioning & Installation: Factory Acceptance Testing

Legacy Support: Testing; repairs and upgrades to existing systems; sourcing replacements; recommending cost-effective alternatives.

Inspection and Certification: Issuing of compliance certificates; ensuring compliance of all current codes standards and specifications; identifying and solving existing issues.
