Tees Valley Combined Authority

The Tees Valley Combined Authority was created in April 2016. Our purpose is to secure investment, create jobs and grow the economy. We are Tees Valley – where anything is possible.

We are a partnership of five authorities; Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees, working closely with the Local Enterprise Partnership, wider business community and other partners to make local decisions to support the growth of our economy.

The Tees Valley has huge ambitions – to become the world’s first Net Zero industrial cluster by 2040. Being home to one of the biggest industrial clusters in Europe, it is an obvious location to lead the UK’s net zero ambitions.
