GSE Systems Ltd offers comprehensive electrical engineering design and consultancy services and specialises in the computer modelling and analysis of major electrical distribution systems from High to Low Voltage. We develop complex system models for existing and new distribution systems and support all downstream engineering activities from enhancement and compliance through to optimal and efficient operation. We have particular experience and expertise in system studies for compliance purposes covering fault level, protection co-ordination, load flow, power quality and arc flash analysis. Such studies are developed through to system design, specification and procurement of equipment such as switchgear, transformers and cabling, inspection and test activity, construction management and testing and commissioning.

Instrumentation, Control & Automation Engineering

GSE Systems Ltd is an independent consultant with no ties to any system or software suppliers. We provide comprehensive solutions for all instrumentation, control and automation requirements. We deliver turnkey projects for DCS, PLC and SCADA based installations, which include expansion, upgrade and migration. We provide automation systems from concept to full design and implementation. We focus on operating as an extension of the client in delivering their requirements, or as a turnkey supplier. GSE Systems Ltd offers a full service - from the development of a User Requirement Specification (URS) through to Functional Design Specification (FDS), software design, configuration and testing, system commissioning, specification and procurement of computer hardware and field instruments, preparation of installation packages, construction management, acceptance testing and site commissioning.

Project Management Services

We support clients through a wide range of project management services throughout the lifecycle of assets, including new build, asset development, infrastructure renewal, operation and maintenance development and decommissioning/demolition support.
