Companies from the North East are invited to ‘play to win’ the Teesside Hospice Cup at Rockliffe Hall. Ramsdens won the Cup last year – could it be you this year?
Join us on Tuesday 21st September 2021, 11am until late. Come and enjoy the 18-hole championship golf course, offering players of all abilities the opportunity to encounter the Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort experience and support Teesside Hospice.
There will also be a chance to WIN £20,000 with a Hole in one competition, kindly sponsored by Erimus Insurance Brokers.
Thank you to our fantastic event sponsor, Ramsdens.
Designed by Hawtree, the world-renowned course architects, Rockliffe Hall Golf Course is one of the most challenging in Europe. Their A4 creeping bent grass greens have a slickness to them which sadly offer no excuses for missed putts. Recently three lakes, eight reed beds and 25,000 new and mature trees have been added to the course, which was already considered one of the UK’s great ‘risk and reward’ tracks.
While its full 7,879 yards from the back tees will give even the best professional tour golfer a stern test, most will find the five individual tee boxes on each hole a welcome addition, offering players of all abilities the chance to experience the challenge of Rockliffe Hall.
£400 per team including dinner.
A friendly competition in teams of four golfers over 18 holes of championship golf.
The day will include a shotgun start, breakfast on arrival and evening dinner . There will be challenges with prizes to win along the way including ‘nearest to the pin’, ‘longest drive’, ‘beat the pro’, with a practice area and Ramsdens match funding available.
Open to adults of all abilities, although due to the challenging nature of the course suggested maximum handicaps are 28 for men and 36 for women. Prizes for the best teams and the various individual competitions around the course will be awarded at the dinner in the evening.
