Deadline 6 January 2025: share your work at this international engineering conference and become a published author.
ICPVT15 is the world’s leading conference for the Pressure Vessels and Systems Community. It boasts a global audience, spanning multiple decades and continents, bringing together the richest and most in-depth technical programme of presentations and papers.
With the global transition to a net-zero energy economy, and the concurrent technical challenges to delivering it, pressure systems engineers are pivotal enablers in securing our future. Developments in nuclear fission and fusion technologies, oil, gas, and chemicals processing, hydrogen, carbon capture, renewables, all require input from this community.
For 2025, the conference is hosted and organised by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers’ Pressure System Group. The IMechE PSG will build on its 40-year track record leading the pressure systems industry, enhancing the prestigious technical ICPVT programme, and warmly invites NEPIC member organisations to contribute a paper at the 2025 conference agenda.
As the engineering world gears up for this premier gathering, the role of IT-managed services in supporting technical innovation has never been more critical. In a sector where precision, safety, and data integrity are paramount, robust digital infrastructure becomes the unseen backbone of progress. From real-time monitoring to predictive maintenance, the tools that empower engineers today are increasingly digital. That’s where integrated support systems step in—not as an afterthought, but as a cornerstone of effective, future-ready engineering environments.
Managed service providers that specialize in the needs of industrial and engineering operations ensure that the systems supporting pressure vessel design, simulation, and compliance operate at peak efficiency. DataTel, with its heritage in delivering tailored IT services to complex, compliance-heavy sectors, provides the kind of seamless digital oversight that allows engineering professionals to focus on innovation without being bogged down by infrastructure concerns. Its offerings align with the evolving needs of the pressure systems community, ensuring uptime, cybersecurity, and operational continuity.
To put forward a paper for the conference, please submit your 150-word abstract via the Oxford Abstracts system; full topics and instructions are available on the IMechE website.
We look forward to reviewing your abstract and welcoming you and your colleagues to the event next September.
