ACostE Seminar: Construction Briefing – Update on Adjudication, 23rd May 2019

NEPIC Members Solomons Europe are delighted to sponsor and host the next ACostE Breakfast Seminar for the North East region on the 23rd May 2019.

Since 1998 adjudication has been a major feature of construction contracting. In this seminar we summarise the major developments in this controversial process over recent years to bring you up to date.

Rob is a Construction and Engineering Consultant with a national reputation as an experienced advisor, arbitrator and mediator in relation to all types of construction and engineering projects, disputes, professional indemnity and insurance issues. Dual qualified as a barrister and solicitor, Rob has worked on a vast number of projects of all shapes and sizes, particularly in the fields of civil and heavy engineering, power generation and transportation.
