Hazards 32 is the Institution of Chemical’s Engineer’s (IChemE) leading process safety conference.

This industry-focused event will share good practice, current thinking, innovation and lessons learned in process safety, as well as offering valuable networking opportunities. It is the ideal event for anyone who is active in process safety and risk management for chemical process facilities or those dealing with hazardous materials.

This is the first face-to-face Hazards conference since 2019 and so it is an excellent opportunity for the major hazards community to reconnect, rebuild networks and renew focus on good process safety practice.

Hazards 32 will promote sharing and learning in every major aspect of process safety with a particular focus on:

• identifying and embedding good practice in major hazards management
• the role of executive leadership in managing major hazards
• understanding and managing the emerging challenges and the major hazard implications of new technologies and applications
• opportunities for sharing and learning across industries and sectors.

The call for content inviting contributions to the event programme is open until 6 May 2022. Abstracts are invited on a broad range of process safety topics including the major hazard implications of new technologies and emerging challenges.
