My role as sustainability executive at NEPIC is to encourage members to think about how they can evolve their business practices and processes to keep up with the decarbonisation challenges faced within the cluster. I believe collaboration and best practice sharing can have a significant benefit to everyone involved and encourage our members to share their experiences through NEPIC’s Technical Conferences and webinars.

I have a degree in applied chemistry and experience of catalyst design for steam reforming and process operations in waste management, to ensure safe and compliant treatment of waste materials while developing processes to reduce material going into landfill. I am passionate about the North East chemical and process industry and look forward to working with members to encourage growth and investment in the region.
