Main Goal: A consistent marketing message and brand identity
to NEPIC and its programmes. Develop an ongoing plan of value adding networking opportunities for member companies
1. Generate > £200k cash income for the Cluster each year from Industry
2. Setting the marketing framework for all the clusters activities
3. Working with the networking group enrol in excess of 300 companies as paying Cluster members
4. Achieve national and international brand recognition for NEPIC
5. Establish a Customer Relations Management System and develop the Cluster contact Data base
6. Engage with over 300 companies in the sector in the region
7. Deepen and broaden the Cluster contact base - target 34,000 industrial participants in the NE
8. Establish networking links with all stakeholder organisations and maintain formal communication links
